Info: Evil Rao is your typical small sub-boss like Waka. Jumps and runs around, sends firey swords at you, just trying to be as annoying as possible. Difference here is that Rao isn't vulnerable for as long or as frequently and she has a dive-bomb attack (the bird enemies like the Crow Tengu also have this attack).
